My practice moves between painting, drawing and portrait-making and I describe myself as a multi-disciplinary, contemporary artist. A deep appreciation of nature since childhood has led to my love of horticulture so plants and flowers often feature in my work, as does the human face and form.

Since moving from London to Suffolk I have been exploring fresh ways to express my creative voice. My aim is to use the skills gained as a professional illustrator to make works built from a lifetime of observation.
