I studied painting at Bath Academy of Art. We were introduced to life drawing on the first day and l continue to love it. I draw from the model regularly and have organised a life drawing group in Sudbury for over thirty years. I feel that going to art college has given me a lifelong pleasure and excitement in seeing.

I have a chair seating business which involves working with seagrass, cane and sedge. I also use rush which is a lovely material that we harvest locally from the River Stour.
