Mixed Media and Printmaking

I have been developing my printmaking for more than fifteen years and have an all consuming passion for the process. I find that printmaking offers limitless creativity. My preferred printmaking processes are mono-printing, silkscreen, linocut and photopolymer plate. I enjoy experimenting with combinations of disciplines, creating hybrid type prints.

A long-standing and enduring fascination with modernism underpins my work. I tend to print quite instinctively and freely, building up compositions progressively and working on several pieces at a time. I enjoy the juxtaposition of geometric shapes and use abstract and representational images to create a ‘Sense of Place’ for my work.
